
Ah, the land of the dumplings, inventors of the contact lens, and Guinness world record holders for the largest castle in the world, the Czechs have got it going on. Asides from dumplings – which seriously are served with everything – you have your usual Eastern European fare of pork, cabbage, potatoes and mushrooms all cooked up with a bit of Czech flare. Breadcrumb coatings followed by a good old frying is common play as is a zillion varieties of soup and sourdough breads.
